college system is pretty interesting
the states aren't even held to treat their votes uniformly, ie a state majority can either given the whole number of votes for the state or some of them assign them based on split of votes
Would no doubt be a long argument as to whether it's representative or not and I definitely don't have enough knowledge/time to work it out
