chk- completion of charge lithium acquisition- more stt this one- would expect further news shortly.  175m shares....$2m cap....$700k cash.....recent rights issue at 1.5c understandably had minimal retail participation was more of a director load up. Iv only got 100,000 shares.....but hopefully it's good for a few bags from this cheap cap in next few months
