Is it likely that CMQ shares will be suspended for the duration of the trial? I think they would have to, as they were when the previous hearing happened in December.
Otherwise people who sit in on the trial would have access to info which could give an early indication of success or failure in the case.
Tomorrow might be your last chance to sell out before that happens. If it does get suspended and they end up losing, price is likely to gap down severely when it resumes trading. If they win, the upside is likely to be limited because of the other major problems the company faces in the near future.
As I see it, if they lose price might crash to around 5c or less. If they win, price might go back up to where it was trading before the bondholders issued their notice of redemption (about 33c). So a potential loss of 77% or more versus a maximum potential gain of 50%, hinging on the outcome of the court case. Too much of a risky bet for me!
