re: announcement for studs1980 This one just came into my radar today with the volume and trades. After looking for the positives of patent in the US, and without being an expert, one can say IPR are now in a better standing before any courts to cover their positions vrs the likes of Cisco, Lucent, Ericcson etc.

I doubt IPR will bring the boys to court if they thought they didn't have a case. With a patent covering the USA under their belts they are better armed for litigation.

Any lawyers out there who can enlighten us?
