Well is this a good or bad thing lol. TNY just released an ann. They have first of all done a placement of 9 million shares at 2.5 cents. Now they have a new investor coming on board who will be issued 390 million shares at 2.5 cents. TNY will now have around 700 - 800 million shares on issue i guess.
Planned rights issue will now not be proceeding.
Sox business will be retained.
Any serious thoughts.
