I think this is a positive announcement. The placement is to ONE investor rather than a few. The current MKT CAP of 6m will be more than doubled with fresh funds to help the development of the internet business and the retainment of the SOX operations. THe fact that the investor will work with TNY is encouraging as they basically will own most of the company now and can help with the development.
