Then enter an ordinary quarter production due to equipment issues and weather...and it gets sold down and capped on a tiny Mcap to begin with.

So new equipment goes in...gold JORC drilling continues...tin drilling due any day and tin already well into a bull cycle...next quarter should be the rerate if it doesn't happen a lot sooner in anticipation. Lucky new holders getting in cheap atm imho money raised at .0056 and management happy to take a large top up placement - if they are confident putting hands in pocket for so much....newcomers should be as well.
