Yes I am getting ahead of myself. Only because that is the exact purpose of the stock market. Predicting what you think will happen in the short and long term. Planning ahead for things you think may possibly happen in the future that relate to your investment. I just figured i'd post it on the VRC forum to get other peoples inputs and see if potentially i'm over thinking this situation or am I reading these changes correctly.
