TOP 20 ORE Shareholders, page-4

What I would like to know....and have asked Orocobre management is why this Henderson sale transpired and why it wasn't reported? If it was....please show me. This was a sale where one of the 'major holders' left with no fanfare....yet I could not get an explanation of their sellout. Anyone wish to clue me in...like in real terms..not in 564xxl or RPaulson language...I mean like for real.

{ I was looking at the 604 that was filed for Henderson...then I looked at the annual report and I couldn't find his (their) names. Am I reading it right when it says 1,351,255 shares sold for $8,167,368? }
