She must go to jail.
50 million Americans voted for him because they could not stand the corruption surrounding Hillary and CF.
While he sounded conciliatory in his acceptance speech he can not ignore 50 million voters. They want to see that justice applies to all not only to those who can afford it.
He must pursue Hillary and the Foundation with all means available. He must be seen to do it not as revenge or in rancor but as a new broom heralding truth and honesty in American politics. If he goes soft on her it will be a blow in the guts to every American who voted for him. It will mean that Trump is no different to any self serving politician that the American people hoped to get rid of by voting Trump in.
If he lets her off he can say goodbye to any goodwill he has gained by his election and his presidency is dead in the water already.

As a starting point he might look into Julia Gillard and her donation of $75 Million of Australian money to the Clinton Foundation. Seems to me that money has ensured that Julia has a high paying job with the Clinton Foundation. Sounds sleezy to me - but that is how CF operates.
