Here's all we need to know at this stage.
Looks like it would need a consolidation (yuk), of between 10 and 100-1 depending on the SP at the time
If we decided to go down that path, we might then be trumped by that 12mth average trading volume minimum, unless a whole bunch of new investment wakes up to the story.

Costs are not exorbitant from what I can find... Sub USD250k initial fee, then around USD30k a year.
Impact on SP - no idea, but I'm certain there would be some early excitement.
