First rate AGM presentation by Patto imo...no doubt he would get the CEO's gig if he wanted it... there is a big chance the next CEO will and possibly should come from within AHZ...He has attracted the talent, will watch them closely and may pick the one who best fits what is needed going forward...unless he can be convinced to assume the role..
...imo Patto is a class act...an outstanding leader surrounds him/herself with even smarter people than themselves that complement the team and fit the organisations culture...patto has quickly achieved that.. the real key to future success is people who share a vision and actively contribute towards its achievement...
Some investors go for headline stats that sometimes mask what is really happening in an organisation...Patto gave us the key stats and how the company would achieve them yesterday, but more importantly gave us a great insight into the new culture that he is devoping and prevails... that is enough for me...
I truly hope we have Patto on the board for many years to come...
