The CIC says that the DoE are going to put in US$324 million towards the construction of Paducah, I reckon GLE will get a loan guarantee and I am thinking that it may get paid off by money from the clean up funds each year?
So I reckon there is a possibility that Paducah could cost very little for GLE?
I hope I am right.
And I also see this as a sure sign that Wilmington is also a goer just like the CIC shows.
