you have never justify your comments besides making huge claims eg : to "advise newbies of past conduct" You seem to be implying misconduct?...you can't make sweeping allegations and get away with it...justify yourself or withdraw....
IMHO it seems your intention is to scare "newbies" but as a shareholder (not SMA) you should be aware of the quote : You can't buy the past. All past history is largely irrelevant. We're always buying the future,"
