    A monster bounce will only occur with the right announcement. No chart can predict that announcement. What the chart may be able to do is indicate the trend of the fall-off prior to any announcement or in the event of no announcement. If no announcement comes (eg, we do not enter into a commercial arrangement) then PSY will not be the stock to hold.
