looks that way -- the irony is that they just sitting there and nothing happening so they will either disappear at closing, dump or try to get some other suckers to offload into .009 - perhaps the cappers at 1c are the buyers at .009 - we will never know but seen enough games in the markets over the years to know there are manipulators and BOT traders with their funky algorithmic platforms stuff up any chance of a decent run

they could even just pull their orders at close and accept defeat lol
