Surprised with this. Biggest holder adding to their holdings.
Obviously it was these guys who weren't happy with lots of announcements being made.
Also I see they have been buying for over a week now, isn't it a case that they have to issue a change of holding within 3 business days?
This is the first time since the CR that I feel like I might take another bite.
