Not losing millions on the acquisition is definitely good. No overhang.
The Friday announcement was BC of compliance forcing them when they learned. Asia is 3-4 hours ahead so it was Friday morning in China. Perfectly acceptable in this case.
Kantor is not coming back. He has resigned. The end.
$10m in cash ans no debt is crucial. This company has just restructured actually. Its in a better place. If it falls Monday I'll buy a few more for sure. I think it rallies though as legal problems solved. Unproven expensive acquisition is over, Kantor out.....looking good.
