Will have to be an earth shattering shift in voting behaviour for that to happen.
Both the majors will put PHON last on their voting tickets, and conspire to deny them any chance of winning seats in the lower house.
All the PHON can really do at this stage is try and increase their Senate vote - then they may get to deal with the big boys.
All over the world, it's normally a duopoly that provide the punters with the illusion that there is a democracy. When in fact it is far from it. The 2 big parties normally align themselves when it suits them.
