    I think you're right there Smoothe , had to keep it quiet till patents are in place , that is material information and should have been announced , If they announced that successful implant the share price would have spiked but with no patent in place pointless , my beef is why didn't Erb come to all share holders with a rights issue for some cash instead of just one ?
