I rang the company yesterday regarding the investigation and spoke to a lady that's name wont be mentioned but Rachael was out and would get back to me, I received a phone call 10 Minutes later it was the same lady and she done all the talking, she told me to read the ASX response that they put out when the article came out in the news paper and when I told her there was nothing actually in the ASX announcement of why there might be under investigation, I then asked why nothing was mention early when The Company first encounter an investigation wouldn't that be a concern to SH. Quiet. I also asked why the SH are up for the Bill for the repair of the RGN remedial work, explaining to the Lady if had house built and the roof blew off the builder would be up for repairs at his own cost or I would have insurance on my house being built and the insurance company fit the costs, so what actually went wrong with build, who was at fault I told the Lady I don't believe it was Endrills fault as they are returning to fix the problem, because if that was me I wouldn't have them returning to fix it and still paying them to do it unless they are the only drill rig around, The Lady wasn't ready for that one, I asked the Lady her name and the position she holds and she did say what it was and replied I've never seen your name anywhere on the web sites or any of the reports, she replied I'm just a MINION. So to the board stop wasting SH money hiring MINION'S to answer your calls and probably replying to your emails as well. Kris. Sorry Lady MINION.
