Spot on @elit you mirror an earlier post I made in this thread.
The issues primarily are the raising and timing of it.
And Athan"s cash bonus for raising...... Id be concerned if he was recieving a bonus for simply raising money in a non profitable company currently... even if our share price was  @ 11c

If he was instrumental at getting the price back too 11c, then yes reward but rewarding for simply raising at a discount. I'm left to scratch my head. Remuneration is paid  already to do your job. He is after all still an employee of the company is he not. Emphasis should be on what he does to further the value of the company not dilute it.

They are aptly named performance shares.
These incentives have very low targets and triggers. If I was Athan my incentive is only to stay in the company as it pays well.
There is very little incentive to actually perform here.

The incentives need to be re evaluated so the likes of Athan are invested in the future of the company so all of us who are invested can benefit.
We as share holders are effectively paying the wages is that to much to ask.

Now I'm not rubbishing what he has done to date nor his credentials. I'm questioning the strategy and motives for raising and further diluting right now. I'm also questioning what motivations has he to actually perform and increase the value of the company. Because the way things are he gets unjustly rewarded without even coming close to 12 month high s.

Maybe that's a good place to start with performance incentive targets!!!!!!
