I'm not exactly sure what your question is.
Warrants are a simplified method of trading ETO's (Exchange Traded Options), with many of the same properties. The market maker will always have a Buy Sell price on offer and as soon as someone buys Warrants the Market Maker will usually buy ETO's to cover their position (that is why a Warrant price is always higher than the equivilent ETO).
Warrants are rarely exercised. You would normally sell before the expiry date.
They are a cheap, easy way to short a stock.
