You would be crazy to think that they were not in discussions either. They would have a list of potentials that they are in regular contact with in the progression of the plant. They are not just going to turn up production with no buyers. Although this would get a great price on the spot market it would not be guaranteed. This would not need to be released to market as all they could say is ' we are in discussion with a number of parties in relation to an off take agreement'. Do you really believe they are not already doing this ?
