I'm not sure why you ask me this question. I never said BRN had received any offer, informal or otherwise.
The point, as you well know, was regrading the way these business to business offers are started, and that SH often are not aware until the deal is agreed. Other than that it becomes a hostile takeover and these are few and far between.
DR asserted that talks may have taken place, and you poked fun at him for his stupidity and asserted that an ANN would be required. Informal talks go on all the time without ANNs.
