    This offer while obviously a try on, and naturally rejected with contempt, now opens the door to potential serious ramifications for CTP.

    1) How friendly in the commercial sense are Mac Bank going to be if CTP wants to seek future her funding?

    2) Will current accommodation be rolled over or will Mac Bank tighten the screws on CTP

    3) I believe that we have a director on the board that is associated with Mac Bank .

    4) I am reminded of the old saying "Beware Greeks bearing gifts".
