Its my opinion they want you to get bored and move on so they can pick them up on market at a discount and then cash in . Why would they be in any rush?? They aren't doing anything, its not like the company needs running.

It goes against all the principles, morals and rules that govern companies in that they are to attempt to add shareholder value to a shareholders investment.

Make contact with ASIC and keep them informed, I send emails off every month and if enough of us do that then they will be forced to manage the company fairly and under the conditions that govern them.
