Actually the MZN and RXL deal was a ploy to make teck up there bid which was ultimately successful.

As for this KDR stuff I don't know what is what, but any legal stuff will be a huge problem as we saw with PLS.

I don't see why MZN just doesn't stick to exploring there is probably enough lithium for them if they put in the work to go find it, legal action makes no sense for both companies, you have to question the decision making of these companies sometimes.
