Since Friday, I found out that the market cap will be much higher after the acquisition, management haven't replied to four emails asking for more info about the program, the small amount of possibilities for the program that I found on the net were not impressive, and there is clear resistance above 5 cents.

But, presumably, you did your own research and you are going to hold ACU forever, so you don't have to worry if I miss out.
