My lawyer disagreed with a cash payment to go away, if MZN have a real claim they will want to take it not just be paid to go away and the courts will and can enforce KDR to sell it to MZN, then MZN if they want can allow KDR to continue and sell it back to them or something, but the effort MZN are going to now would seem there is something and they want to take it all from KDR. I've also heard that this is the case from some contacts but won't post this as this would be deemed unsubstantiated, but as I've already said I think there's a smoking gun and KDR have just felt the shot in their foot that they've done to themselves. But it's also down to the Judge and what's really in those emails regardless of what anyone might think or feel from either side of the table.
