    It just does not matter why, the market and investors hate it when directors sell large parcels of shares.

    I think it damages shareholder value in the end. If they want cash, give them cash.

    Anyway, will try and focus on the more positive merger/takeover senario

    BGA? New CEO looking to move away from commodity end of the market, BKL JV a failure, already producing the brand...?
