The tenements are still owned by KDR. I think most here need to realise that - the tenements are held by KDR in the mines registry and still will. If KDR refuse to mine - on the 100 to 1 that MZN wins this - then MZN gets didley swat. The tenement holder has all the rights - it is a fact of life. So if MZN wins MZN will need to cut a deal anyway because if KDR don't mine you are still worth nothing. KDR can just go off and explore elsewhere until you go broke. Anyway expect MZN to lose but if win I expect this play I am describing here IMO.
