The MD of MZN is facing an upcoming class action lawsuit. It relates to alleged improprieties that lead to the collapse of Kagara from around $2B mcap to nil. A link below, there are many others. I wonder if that has any relevance to the odd attack on both KDR and Teck/RXL on the same day.
