Ok here it is. I have watched every day of the last two tests.

Conclusions are:

1. We can't bat against swing no matter who is batting.

2. We therefore cannot build partnerships.

3. We don't bowl in partnerships.

4. We can't spin consistently.

5. We have too many former has-beens who have all the answers.

Here's the solution:

1. Build a new model for player selection that recognizes the above deficiencies.

2. Select a team with a 5 year plan in mind.

3. Don't criticize the team or coach for anything.

Each player will get everything out of themselves. They will be competitive. And respected.
