    Hi Charles89,

"It's quite mind boggling to see how many on here are affected and is caught up by the short term volatility"

The company's share price has effectively stagnated for the last 7 months while the lithium sector has been hot.

"Unless you are planning to sell your shares at 60c, not sure why you'd want the SP to sit at 60c right now, so it looks better in your portfolio?"

Bizarre comment IMO. An investor can't eat future possible gains that are yet to have materialized.

You are talking as though there is 100% change the share price will reach "dollar figures." I don't accept that as being correct. A higher SP now would give a cushion for investors to exit should macro/micro conditions change.

Also, a higher share price lowers dilution when CR's (and the inevitable discount) arise.

Further, institutions and other funds have rules they follow when investing. Minimum market capitalization of companies is often one of those rules.

Lower market capitalization can also invite low ball offers from counter-parties.

Higher market capitalization gives credibility, especially helpful to those operating in Africa.

I can keep going but you get the drift.

"IMO, the SP will eventually catch up to the company's progress"

Possibly, but the company doesn't operate in a vacuum, it operates in a market. Like any market, there are buyers and sellers who move the underlying price. BGS is competing with other lithium companies. Simple things like exploration targets attract the attention of buyers.

    Cheers!
