Isnt that AGM for shareholders of NAB so not board meeting per say.
Maybe Board meeting is a week before the AGM. That can make sense
There actually is no confirmation it is mid December from PC or any IAM directors.
It was only said that the board meeting is in December.
It was attendees like myself that extrapolated a mid December to late December MOU signing on the basis of a early Dec board meeting as senior management would generally be on holidays by late Dec??
