When legal proceedings start the Courts could grant MZN a request for KDR to cease and desist on all operations relating to Mt.Holland until the legal dispute is over, that would be the logical sense.

If so KDR shares would plummet in that scenario, not that they needed this legal fiasco to have their share price plummet lol, they were already down nearly 50% without our help.

MZN shares would rocket just on such an order being given.

It's a very likely scenario given this is a serious legal dispute and the Courts could very well grant a cease and desist order to KDR for all Mt.Holland operations.

KDR have more to lose than MZN if things go in favour of MZN.
