I understand well all your concerns about OPEC deal and cut... but I continue to believe that POO has no choice to go up... some countries are struggling because of a low POO and are nearly collapsing like Venezuela and even South Arabia with their shaken economy... it cannot stay like this... the market is ready for an update and to learn to regulate itself... all countries will have a benefit from a higher POO.
