I ran a business once, and have been thru all that. I was on one occasion, one day late and they don't even want to discuss it. #@$%^!

On the other hand I had quite few companies trading insolvent and owe me $, when I reported them, guess what? Nothing absolutely nothing. One order up big just before they went down and started again round the corner with my stock! Talk about toothless tigers, this one suffers from molecular degeneration as well.

So guys, 100% for trying, but 101% wasted time. I'll be just happy to see them give us a level trading field, so we can (as the brokers place orders a mid price). That's how the brokers can stuff you around. You know the 6.95c orders! which you and I cannot do (we can only do 6.9c). That's what I call blantant.

BTW, you all realise that shorting using borrowed stock is all legal, it's only naked shorting that's not.

One of my friends in the broking industry who came from US said to me, in the US, half of the people here doing what they are doing, would be in jail in the US. Don't know how true that is though.
