Marindi Metals to acquire Mt Holland?, page-679

I am holding a small amount of MZN shares for the following reasons.

1. MZN management must be crazy to issue an announcement that they have a deal with KDR and go to court to defend it unless they have a very strong case.
2. A high profile lawyer in WA will not take a trivial case to get his name tarnished.
3. As many have pointed out, if this case is thrown out, the survival of MZN is highly doubtful. If we know this, I am sure the management knows it better.
4. If the court decides in favour of MZN, the share price will go to 10 cents within a day. So, the risk-reward extremely appealing for a punt.

Let's wait and see.
