Both companies working together would also be my favourite strategy; however, MZN have decided to resort to the legal byway and that's their choice. The principal negative aspect of the MZN case migt appear to some that MZN never disclosed the potential of their perceived 'agreement' with KDR on the matter, until way after things were obviously not such. Even if MZN got lawfully lucky, surely there is a hefty personal & corporate price to pay for such success?
