I believe it will be big for GGP as the proposed wording may indicate that this placement may need shareholder approval to go ahead with more than 15% issuing of shares etc. a EGM will have to be called for holders to vote.

This ain't no ordinary raising. It will be overly subscribed.

All in my opinion because why pull the trigger now and raise for the lithium project when DUe diligence and samples ain't complete? Makes no sense cause if they did have all the info it should have been announced to market immediately!

So just leaves a deal for CTL
