IMO - this personalized thing is a big deal - if you want to drive your SP - you show potential new investors your best assets ---------- your people - and, to me - they look very very good.

No show ponies - all good solid people, well skilled and on the mark.

Right products, right markets, right prices, right people in the right place at the right time.
