Has anyone worked out the breakdown of the 36 staff?A couple of observations would be to have a significant weighting to the sales force as opposed to admin etc.A human resources manager for 36 people would you have that person or would you delegate that role to each of the heads of the department to work with the agencies to get the people required for your department.How many sales staff do they have out of the 36?Why do they have a ceo a president and a human resources person.The president could even take on part of human resources in conjuntion with head of departments.No manufacturing with 100 people why would you have a human resources person.How many salesmen are in the office there why aren't they out selling?
