Make no mistake about it people. This will be a long fight. The proposed Scheme of Arrangement is opened ended, meaning that there is no end date. I suspect that MAC bank will come again with another offer, then another. There is no way that any shareholder worth his salt will let it go at anything near these prices. I dare say that RC is beavering away at the moment adding more value to the company. Interesting days ahead.
