On the 25/10 the company made an announcement and it stated that :

Recently the board has received a NUMBER [not one !!!!] unsolicited,confidential, non-binding and indicative proposals from PARTIES [not one] looking to acquire the OHD project rights, Greenpower commercial IP and Aust/NZ  distribution license.

3 or 4 days later I get a phone call late at night from a resourceful persona telling me to get into this stock at any price, obviously, I did my own research and 2 days later I posted this information on hotcopper and got deleted by also hotcopper, so now I am coming to the conclusion that a PARTY is becoming a strategic investor ........you figure the rest !!!!!!!!, the lithium at that time was second choice to GPP.
