One, Prana is always innocent and helpless.
Two, this management still has strong support. Looks like most shareholders have voted. Maybe absent shareholders are counted as yes by default.
Third, they are living well with plush cash at hand. They can just ignore retail investors' appeal like what FDA does to them.
