I am a shareholder just like you but my point of view differs:
1. They did not trap us, we just overpayed for the stock. I have learnt a lot from this process. Gridcomm could have just listed the traditional way and pay 1 mil to a broker.
2. You could only sue the company (not the individual) and they have no cash left
3. I doubt anyone litigation firm with a "only pay if we win" quote would take this on

Given what ha just happened with EXM with their RTO, you are right this one could be dead if they do not get the corner stone investors.
