These mzn chaps have released enough information to to convict them selves
That is if deal is binding !!
Also the directors mzn brought shares during this time
Now this is the biggest blunder of all
Its all in black and white all released to

Even a simple man like myself can see mzn directors are in trouble
If it was me - i would quickly say its non binding and oppologise and bend over and take what is given to them punishment
rather then face the asic jail option there is to much evidence released to market

If they say now it is non binding they will be safe !!! Near miss for them
Use the system supplied to you via asic website and lodge a complaint against MZN it will take 30 minutes max
