Hi all, Hope you have all been well......Have let this run its course over the last week waiting on the court case to occur, I like everyone else was disappointed but there is no point crying about spilt milk......it is out of our hands......from my brief communication with the company this week, it was that we require some further information to satisfy the courts......make of that what you will.

So, again nothing can be done so I thought I would share some of the little research I have done this week:

First of all this link to an article regarding Divan in the UA:

    http://mediasat.info/2016/11/16/divan-tv-new-ios/

One part in particular caught me eye:

"In addition, the new application allows you to create your own home theater - with a "Watch Later" movies and TV shows are always at hand."

Now this may seem like a bit of a throw-away line in the article - not so much, see below link:

    https://www.buzzfeed.com/tanyachen/netflix-and-thrill?utm_term=.fwd7QKYxq#.vjER9rpEK

Netfllix are a company that do not have this feature yet throughout the world

    Ted Sarandos, CEO of Netflix:

"Sarandos said that even though internet access has become “more and more ubiquitous,” there are different internet speeds and Wi-Fi access in the world. This means some people rely on downloading content, as opposed to streaming."

Now the fact that we are targeting developing countries is a huge plus in the context of these comments.

and one further quote from the article:

"This is exciting news for users, because — as Netflix probably knows by now — people have been crying for this for forever."

    Well, look no further........

The wheels of progress are still rolling along nicely - Its great to see!

I will post some more research up later........ Hope everyone is having a cracking weekend!
